Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged items
- Final sale items
- Custom or personalized products
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a video of the issue at: support@novamart.ca
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refund Method
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
